I note she says in the article to donate to charity to give a new lease of life but she didn’t actually advocate buying from them… Strange? I buy most of my wardrobe from charity shops. Those of us who have done this for years will continue to do so, others will try it and be amazed at what you can find, and others will just see it as a fad, try it, then revert to normal. Good advice….sell or donate anything that doesn’t flatter you or fit your life anymore. Prune your closet twice a year. Don’t buy cheap clothes if they are poorly made. Learn to mend clothes. Wash in cold water or hand wash delicates. Ignore a lot of trends, especially if they do nothing for you. It is entirely up to them how they earn their money and what they do with their bodies. However, stripping is not a feminist action. The women involved allowing themselves to be objectified, which perpetuates looks and youth-driven agenda. That’s up to them.
